Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry is a very personal experience and item, and thus we don't accept returns. However:

All merchandise shipped from our office is carefully checked, inspected and packaged before leaving our office. In the extremely rare event a damage occurs in transit due to the handling via USPS/UPS this must be reported to us upon receipt of shipment. In such instances, we will offer to replace or fix the damaged style free of charge.

Simply email us at requesting a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA Number). In your email please provide us with the following information:

1. Photo of the damage.
2. Your full name and telephone number.
3. The item(s) being returned or exchanged and a brief explanation.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations will not be accepted after placing an order. If an existing style is a pre-order style it will be listed with the delivery time frame on the product page itself. Please note once order is placed it is sent to the warehouse to pack and ship or to the factory to produce automatically.
